All charges shall be billed for repairs outside of the 5-year warranty period.   RMA INSTRUCTIONS & CONDITIONS 1. RMA No. shall be issued within two business days after LCSI receives completed RMA form.   4. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for 15 days.   5. All merchandise must have an RMA No.   Enclose RMA form with RMA Unit for tracking.   6. RMA No. must be clearly marked outside of every package to avoid having package returned.   7. Unauthorized and unmarked packages may be returned upon the discretion of RMA.   8. Ship your authorized return with a copy of this RMA form enclosed at the shipper's expense.   9. LCSI will not be responsible for any delay of the procedures without applying RMA process first.   10. All claims for incomplete, defective, and/or missing accessories/products must be made within 10 days of order receipt.   11. Products returned with expired warranties are subject to current standard repair prices set forth by LCSI Inc. and are amended with customer's permission.
